Support

ehchat is a private app for an approved friend circle. Support is handled by the ehchat admin who invited you.

Account access

New accounts must be approved by the admin before chats unlock. If you are waiting for approval, ask the admin to approve your username in the admin panel.

Notifications

Push notifications require notification permission on your device. If notifications stop arriving, open ehchat once, check that notifications are allowed for the app, and ask the admin whether your account is still active.

Data requests

For data access, account deletion, or attachment deletion, contact the ehchat admin who invited you. You can also review the Privacy page.
